Beaver Dam
Lyrics:

We were at the beach on a sunny day
The waves were breaking on the sand
The lake was draining like it couldn't last
And grandma was working on her tan

I started to worry how it would be
If all the water drained away
A dust bowl would take the place of our lake
And we wouldn't have a place to play

My grand dad said there was an endless supply
But that sounded like some kind of scam
Call me crazy, cuz I've been thinking
That I might go and build a beaver dam

NOTES:

This surreal song requires an odd filming technique. I picture some murky shots taken from ground level of a few kids and their grand parents playing in a "dust bowl." They'd have sand buckets and towels and be dressed for the beach, but there would be no water. A likely location for this video would be some sand dunes or a sandy depression somewhere in the desert.
