This was the first video I uploaded to YouTube. I was just out hiking on a little trail in the Slate Range when I came across a little tarantula. I filmed the guy and then when I got home I wrote a quick little ditty to go with the video. I wrote this song in October of 2005. A year later I made a similar video with another tarantula that I came across just a few miles from where I filmed this one! (I recently re-compiled the video to widescreen format.)

The not so tiny spider
Crawled up on a rock
