If you plan on enjoying some fun in the sun, it's a good idea to protect your skin. There are a number of measures you can take, but sunscreen is near the top of the list. During the summer there are certain essentials you don't want to forget. The problem is that people tend to be forgetful and sunscreen doesn't do you any good if you don't use it! BTW, sun protection products come in different forms such as lotions, sprays, gels, foams, etc. Of course, you can always wear a hat and long sleeves and pants.... or use an umbrella.
