There is something about campfires which can be quite captivating. The problem is that campfires can be potentially dangerous and so in the pursuit of that idyllic campfire experience it is important to take precautions to make sure the fire stays contained safely within the campfire ring. Mostly it's just a matter of commonsense, but sometimes people do things without considering the potential ramifications of their actions. Other times people know they should take precautions, but they are too lazy to bother, thinking that they'll get lucky this time. Although the odds of starting a major forest fire might be seemingly low, the huge potential for damage makes even a slight risk too great to take lightly. So, always practice fire safety and be responsible!
