Dick Cheney makes a really good devil. There's just something perversely sinister about his persona. Unsurprisingly, he is sometimes considered to have been a bad influence on George Bush (number two). While George Bush seemed like a nice guy who drank a little too much, Cheney gave the impression of being the type of guy who didn't mind killing tens of thousands of people in order to make some money for himself and his buddies. True evil! Given the characterizations of these two "great" leaders, their appearance in this video makes a lot of sense. Combine that with the "shock and awe" that was going on in Iraq during the Spring of 2003 and their inclusion in this video makes even more sense.
