Converting decimal values into percents is one of the easiest things you can do. Here are a bunch of examples:
Decimal-Percent Equivalents

NOTICE that 80% is equivalent to .8 and that 8% is equivalent to .08.
As you can see converting a decimal to a percent is about as easy as swapping a percent sign for a decimal point.
